Default .net dll - error 429 ActivX component cannot create object

Hi,

I try to call a .net 2.0 dll in macro within excel 2003 SP3.

The .net dll is marked as COM visible, I've referenced the .tlb file of the
..net dll. Within excel I have intellisense, and it compiles. However, when
executing a method on the dll I receive the error 429 "ActivX component
cannot create object".

Of course on my development machine and on some other pc's it works, but not
on a particular machine of a customer.

On my development machine, I've put a EXCEL.EXE.config file to tell excel to
target the .net framework 2.0, I've done this as well on the machine where it
does not work

Any ideas?

Thanx,
Tom
