Default Macro for Calculated Column using Subtotals

I would like to write a macro to put a calculated value in a column (e.g.
ColB/ColA). The worksheet has sub-totals and the number of rows in the
worksheet will vary (based on imported data).

I know how to write the macro for a calculated value in a cell, but how do I
copy down to the "Grand Total" row?
