Default E-mail spreadsheet

Hi, I was hoping someone could help me setting this up.
I need to include a button within a form, when clicking this button I'd like
the Save as... box to come up, and right after saving the document I'd like
it to include this file as an attachment in a blank e-mail.

Is this too complex or even possible? :P

I'd appreciate any help on this matter.
