Default Scatter chart does not refresh: HELP

Hi gurus

I have an X Y plot that does not refresh
Calculation is set to automatic.
F9 does not work.
From an extern ad inn i'm getting data into a range (matrix formula)
Made a range to XY chart by plain normal formulas like "=P3" in cell
AA3 and so forth..

AA3 is changing BUT not the XY chart?!

It seems to be a bug en excel.

Using Excel 2007

I've been surfing quit a while but I'am giving up now.
Please help.

Cheers

if you right-click and choose Select Data then enter - this forces a
refresh - does the chart update correctly?
