Default Data Validation - I Think

OK, Who is up to helping Mr. Stupid Here ??? Hope I can explain this
correctly to get an answer to my question.
I have a main worksheet, and in column A, I have placed a data validation
drop down list that get's it's info from another sheet called INFO1.
In the INFO1 worksheet I have placed data such as:
---A----- -----B-----
1 1 Q
2 2 Z
3 3 K
4 4 M
5 5 X
QUESTION: When I click on a cell in column A of the MAIN worksheet I show
the drop down list as respresented in the INFO1 worksheet column A. What I
want to happen is when I click on a selection from the info worksheet, it
returns the value in the corresponding cell next to it.
i.e. From the example above - If I click in cell A2 in my MAIN work sheet I
see the list from the INFO1 worksheet and select the value in A3, (3)
clicking on this value it returns K into the cell A2 in my MAIN worksheet.
Can this be done. Hope this is not too wordy, but rather new to this and
hope I have said it correctly. Thanks to whomever for your help, Bill
