Default Memo format field data problem - Data import from Access database

I have an Excel sheet that is refreshable through an import from an Access
database query connection.

When a memo formatted Comment field is imported, I get the following
entered in the Comment cells:
<div<font face=Arial size=2 color="#006666"REPORTS FOR 6-10-09 ARE READY
TO DO</font</div <div </div

The Comment cell should say REPORTS FOR 6-10-09 ARE READY TO DO.

I dont get this when I export directly from the Access database to Excel.
However, I do get the hard return characters.

Thanks, Kevin
