Hello

I need to create a data entry form but I currently use Excel 2003 but the
intended users have Excel 2007.

I also need to create a form in which it actually looks like the paper
version with labels and multiple type of data to be entered: dates, text,
check boxes, drop down menus.

Is there a good source for me to use?

Dont worry about the version. The userform will work with 2007.

If you're using an actual userform in the VBE, ignore this.

But if you're trying to use a worksheet as that form, then look at Debra
