Default vbscroll - trusting the publisher

I've been using VBScroll for a few years, and it's great. Every time I start
up the computer it asks if I want to run it (trust the publisher). How do I
add it to the list of trusted publishers in Excel options? It doesn't show up
in the VBE project tree.
