Default Can changes to form fields be tracked?

When a document is protected and track changes turned ON, the only changes
that are tracked are to the text area.
Can track changes be applied to the form fields?

Thanks
LN

one way would be to repicate each control's value to a sheet. then all you'd
need to do is compare these values to see what has been changed.
