Default Force a file to open in a new instance

In Excel 2007, is there a way to force an Excel file when opened to always
open in a new instance of the app?

I can do this from another "opener" file such as a VBScript file; but I'm
wondering if I can somehow tell a particular file to do this?

If so how?

Thanks much in advance for your assistance.
