Default Multi-editor sheets

We have a worksheet that we would like to use as a whiteboard.
However, Excel normally limits editing to the first person that opens
it. Is there some way around this?

Default Multi-editor sheets

Set the share workbook services to allow changes by more than one user at a
time. Read the Excel help to get the full specification on sharing and
collaboration.
