Default Excel 2007 | Add-Ins Ribbon

I recently upgraded from excel 2003 to 2007. I have a custom menu in
a workbook, and I'd like it to appear as soon as the file is open. As
it is now, the Home Ribbon is automatically selected at open. How can
I set it so that the Add-Ins Ribbon is selected at open? Is there
some macro code I can include in the AutoOpen macro?
