Default How to add Checkedlistbox Control to VBA?

I want to use Checkedlistbox Contorl in VBA. But I'm not able to find
it.

I think I have to add its reference to references or add it in
Additional Controls...............its not there!?

Any idea?

Frankly I'm not surprised that you don't get any reponse to your question.
What are you talking about? Do you want a userform with option buttons or
what?
