Default copy range using last active cell reference from 1 wkb to another

I need to copy from cell A9 all cells with data, (the end row varies from day
to day) from workbook1, and place the information on to a sheet called data
in workbook 2. I would like to run this macro from workbook2 and the user
not see workbook1
