How we resize image in harddisk ?

Hi everyone.I have a problem.
I want to resize image with vba code.Example ;

i have a image in *C:\Resimlerim\Sablon\pptornek.bmp
*
I want to make it dimension 718 X 721 pixel.

Please help me.Thanks.
