Default How to code macro to shut down my computer?

I need to run a macro for 5 hours, after that I would like to shut down my
computer. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to code macro to shut down
my computer? so I can add this code into the end parts of my coding.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
