Default Ribbon - Hide screentip and "Press F1 for help"

Is it possible to hide the default screentip (button label) and "Press
F1 for more help" which appear with mouse hover over custom button on
ribbon?

How do you tweek it with VBA?
The recorder returned blank.

I always understand that with custom buttons that run your own code it is not possible
to remove information about the add-in name.
This way users can always see that it is not a built-in option.

but that is not True I see now
