Default Insert page break based on change in Cell Color?

I have a payroll report that I export from loan processing software. It
automatically summarizes data and fills in the summary line blue.
What I would like to do is write a macro that inserts a page break after
every row that is highlighted blue.
I am using Excel 2007...Sorry I do not have any code to post as I am a VB
novice, but I have researched this and can't seem to find the right code on
the internet.
Please let me know if more info is needed.
Thanks in advance for any help on this.
