Default My formula is "running" from me: Please Help

I've created a large program here at work that I SHARE.
For some reason now, the following is occuring (when shared):

I formulate Sheet 2 Cell A1 to = Sheet 1 Cell A1 for about 200 subsequent
cells.
Pretty simple formula: Each time an entry is made on Sheet 1, the
corresponding cell on sheet 2 "picks it up."
However, recently this is happening:
Example: An entry is made on Sheet 1 Cell A100. When I look on Sheet 2, Cell
A 100 did not pick it up. In fact, now Sheet 2 Cell A 100 says "= Sheet 1
Cell A 101."
everytime I enter something into Sheet 1, Sheet 2 formula keeps "moving" 1
cell ahead. I can manually change the formula and it will pick it up, but I
don't understand why it's changing itself. Any help will surely prevent me
from going insane!
Thanks,
Rob
