Default Solution Needed for print formatting

Our admin receives lots of workbooks she needs to print for the boss. Most of
the time they are not formatted for printing. Is there a universal macro she
could use to format worksheets easily?

Thanks

If the workbooks all have the same structure then recording a macro
while formatting would probably be the best place to start.

If they don't, then you'd need to specify a bit more what "universal"
meant...
