Default Workbook losing focus

Hi All,

Can anyone please help. I have a workbook which protects itself on start
up (removes toolbars, menus, tabs etc.) so the user has to use the buttons
and forms I have created, which works very well on 99.9% of the excel
machines it runs on.

The issues I have on a small number of machines, is the workbook is losing
focus for no reason and causing runtime errors.

This is most noticeable a section I have allowed a password to re-enable
everything I have turned off under the protection. I type the password and
the workbook unlocks but then the workbook.activate function is called and
re-enables the protection.

The workbook.deactivate and workbook.activate run code and either set or
unset the protection.

The workbook loses focus, then re-gains focus causing this problem.

Does anyone know what causing this annoying problem?

Regards

Anthony
