Default Expand/collapse

I have done this before but I don't remember how I did it. On one sheet I
have, in column A
nurse
front desk
clerical

On sheet 2 I have the following in column A and column B, respectively:
Mary 8.12
Sue 9.32
Jane 7.56
Anne 9.46
Kelly 8.57

I want to be able to click on Nurse and have it expand to show the
information in sheet two. So if Mary and Sue are nurses, when I click on the
plus by nurse it shows their name and wage. I have searched and searched
until my head hurts and I can't remember how to make that link and make the
plus sign so it expands and collapses. Please someone help.

you need another column on sheet 2 (possibly hidden) with the persons
position, or another table in the worksbook with the employee name and
postion.

Makes sense, don't know why that one escaped me. Then what, once I have that?
How do I get the little plus sign on sheet 1 to relate to sheet two?
