xlUnicodeText -- is most important

When they clik "Create File" button, VBA process do converting.
Chiness upload the result text file to Web System.

When I query DB. All Chiness cracked.
Oracel DB NLS = UTF-8

Can my VBA coding convert excel to text with "UTF-8" characterset?
