Default Scroll Event

I am interested. How does Sub-Classing work?

Hello JeremyJ,

Excel doesn't expose the scroll event in VBA. It might be possible
using more advanced techniques, like Sub-Classing, to intercept the
event.

Sincerely,
Leith Ross
