Student Excel assignments come to me in a folder. Within this folder are as
many sub-folders as there are students. Within each sub-folder is one Excel
file. [Yes it is rather strange, but the files are zipped with their own
folder as an added extra bonus.]

I want to create a macro that will open each folder and print each Excel
file with the file name somewhere on the page, perhaps in a header or footer.
I would also like to specify that, as an option, it print formulas instead of
cell values.

It would be great to move the files to the parent folder too.

To be clear, your folder tree is like this?
Parent FolderStudent FolderStudent Excel.ZipExample.xls

is that correct?

No, the Zip software was only involved in creating the problem. Its:

Parent/Student/student.xls

There are approximately 35 Student folders; each has one student.xls file.
