Default Excel 2007 and Declaring Variables

I use Option Explicit as a matter of course, but I get the impression that
Excel 2007 is not as forgiving when variables are not declared. Is this
true? If you could direct me to an article about this, I'd be quite
appreciative.

Thanks,
Barb Reinhardt

Barb,

I've not notice this. Can you provide a way to replicate the problem
or an example?

I actually haven't seen it, but thought I'd read something about it on these
boards. Was I mistaken?

Did you see my other post about activating PowerPoint?

Thanks,
Barb Reinhardt
