Default List of open workbooks and their User Names from Folder X

This task has 2 steps :
1. List of open workbooks and their user names from Folder X
2. E-mail notification to close ASAP workbooks from Folder X opened by
User Names.

Help appreciated.

And your question is??? I assume the question is will someone do this for
you. There are a few consultants out htere that will tackle this one for a
