Default ignore error

hi,

i have a few cells in which there is that green triangle in the upper left
hand corner indicating there is an error. i would like to know how i can
programatically "ignore error" in these cells.

Default ignore error

From the Excel Help file.

On the Tools menu, click Options and then click the Error Checking tab.
Clear the Enable background error checking check box.
