Default Excel not recognizing module.

Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.

Several years ago I downloaded a Visual module that converts decimals
to feet and inches or the viceverse. It's called DFTOS and STODF,
decimal feet to string or string to decimal feet by Mark Johnson. This
module has worked great, but all of a sudden today Excel just does't
want to recognize it.This affects about fifty percent of the cells in
each sheet, thus rendering the sheet as useless. Can you offer any
ideas as to where I start to solve this?

Thank you.
