Default Grouping data with VB script or function?

I have this data in cell b3: S,M etc representing days of week:

FT NR 36 S (8h-16h), M (8h-16h),Tu (8h-16h30),W (8h-16h30),Th (8h-16h),F
(8h-16h) Sa (8h-16h30)

I would like a script/function that will group the identical time values in
the following way:

FT NR 36 S,M,Th,F (8h-16h),Tu,W,Sa (8h-16h30)

Thanks for any advice
