Default Spreadsheet Object in VB Form (Excel 2007)

I developed some VB code using Excel 2003 to copy a range in a worksheet to a
spreadsheet object on a form. Tried to do the same in 2007 but cannot find
the spreadsheet object in the Controls Toolbox and it is not in the addin
list. What am I missing or is there an alternative method?
