How do I get the stop recording toolbar to display when I record a macro?
Right now I can only stop the recording in the tools menu at the top of the
page.

Start recording a macro. Then go to View, Toolbars, Customize and select
the Stop Recording toolbar.

When you want it to go away click the Stop Recording button not the "x" of
that toolbar.
