Default Now for something a bit differtent ...

I was looking at a spreadsheet my company uses to record servers and thought
how neat would it be to select a cell, right click and then run MSTSC
/v:<cell referance. Can I add to the excell context menu and if so, can I
provide rules for when to show the menu item?
