Default ADODB Connection Column Limit?

I'm using an ADODB connection in VBA to read a flat csv file, however I'm
running into the 255 column limit, is there a way around this?

If you have more than 255 columns then you either have to put the data in
more than one row or put the data into more the one worksheet.
