Default Saving activesheet as csv in new workbook: I paste then save it butit saves it in sheet3 not Sheet1?

Why would this be?

Sheet 1 is the sheet selected (by default) to be used for pasting in a
new workbook.

Seems odd?

It is not Sheet1 but the ActiveSheet that gets saved.
