Default Excel VBA to insert a break for 0.2 seconds then continue

I need a vba to create a break (exactly similar to the F9 Break in the VBA
Editor ) to cause a break in the program execution for 0.2 seconds and then
continue. Thus, instead of F9 highlighting the line that the program breaks,
the insert program would do this and in addition, resume execution after a
user defined time interval.
