Finding averages

I have a range of cells containing operatonal counts

Something similar to
http://spreadsheets.google.com/ccc?k...RycNcWUQ&hl=en

I would like to find the percentage of each count based on the sum of
the entire range.

And then copy the range to another sheet with the percentages showing
