The refedit file was there in the system. All was rquired was "browse" thansk! Boss "Joel" wrote: Same thing for RefEdit. Look for "Ref Edit Control" in references. Somebody last week had the same problem and never found out what was wrong. I thinik they had more than one version of excel loaded on their PC. They had an Office11 and Office12 directory on their PC. I think I had this problem the 1st time I used RefEdit on my PC a few years ago. Don't remember what the solution was.
