Default Range("E8:E53").FillRight how can I make this .Value?

Column E contains Vlookups.

I wish to open the workbook (and automatic update without needing to
click the update linked sheets if possible?) and fill right to fill in
the latest months data.

Yet I want to then remove the Vlookup expression so the users don't
know where it came from.

Any suggestions/thoughts, appreciated
