Default List all macro shortcuts in Excel

The following page http://www.cpearson.com/Excel/ShortCuts.aspx shows all
the built-in shortcuts as well as shortcuts for various ALT key sequences
(which may vary from one use to the next -- the code generation ALT key
sequences for your particular commandbar configuration.
