Default Subject: Grid view/spreadsheet on userform. Q for the MVP's

In a earlier post of mine someone mentiond that i should look in to using a
grid view control.
What i got now is a spread sheet with about 100 unblocked cells in wich the
user enter amounts of products sold. On the left in a locked cell i got the
name of the item and on the right the price per unit in a locked cell. Next
to last mentiond i got a locked cell with a formula to calculate number of
items sold multiply with price per item.
My question as follow.
I was thinkin of adding labels to display all the locked cells value as
caption and textbox to enter how many sold. What would the MVP'S sugest?
