Default top 10

hi,

i made sure my pivot table shows top 10. the only problem is that if there
are like 5 or 6 or 7 people with the same count, it lists those too. like if
6 people all have a count of 1, the pivot table shows the top scores or
counts of like 300, 200, 100, 50, 25, 5, 4, 3 2 and 1.. those are top 10
scores. for the counts other than 1 there is only one person, but for the
count of 1, there may be more than 1 person with that count, so theres more
showing than i would like. how can i really limit the pivot table to lke 10
records?

thanks in advance,
geebee
