Auto message

DearExpartFamily,
Suppose, In excel, I am working with a file named "A". But I need a auto
flash message from the other file named "B" as a reminder of a an important
message like " Your LC date is being matured very soon, Take necessary steps
!!" Pls, help me. thanks.
