Default Mutually Exclusive Option Boxes

I need to set up 3 option boxes that are mutually exclusive.
When I click on one option box the other two should be unchecked
etc.etc.
How do I go about doing this - I had a look through the forum but I
can't seem to find a solution.

Thanks
