Post did not format correctly. Columns town1 etc with row of date underneath
are columns to right of salesperson and sales columns and a row above row with salesperson and sales. "unknown" wrote: I have 1200 excel 2003 worksheets in the following configuration Town1 Town2 Town3 Town4 Date Date Date Date Salesperson sales n1 sales# n2 sales# n3 sales# n4 sales# I would like to put data in following. I have been doing manually, but it is going to take months. There are 500 salespersons. Towns about 200 are repeated in other charts but on different dates over 50 years.
