Default Link: Unable to read file

I've got a simple linked cell from one sheet to another, but upon
opening the worksheet which has the references, I get an error
message, "unable to read file". If I go to EditLinks, it shows
"Error: Source not found". But if I open the source file manually, it
updates the link. The reference worksheet will only update once I
open & close the source file for each of the Links.

Is there something I can look for to file out why this might be
occuring?

Default Link: Unable to read file

I am having the same problem. I have dozens of identical files that are each
linked to one of many identical files. Most of them get the data correctly.
With a few of them, I get the error message "Unable to read file". Does
anybody know how to fix this problem?
