Default Copy rows with today's date to new sheet

Hi,

I would like help to copy rows of data to a new sheet within the active
workbook. I have data in columns A thru Q, row 1 being the header row. In
column H I have the reps last name followed by a space and first name. I
would like an input box asking for the last name of the rep to sort by.
After sorting on his name I would like to have all data copied to a new sheet
which has today's date in column J or has today's date in column K. These
dates appear as 25-Jun-08. I would like to copy the headers as well to the
new sheet along with the same format as on the active sheet.

I someone could assist I would greatly appreciate it.
