Default Importing Microsoft Word to Excel

Hi guys!

I am having problems importing word file to excel.

I have about 70 Microsoft Word files and they do have different file
names.

Q1: Is it possible for me to import those word files to worksheets?

Q2: If it is possible, How do I make the worksheet name same as work
file's name?

i.e. importing word file called " ABC.doc" to worksheet "ABC"

Please Help!!!!
