Default Sendmail, XL97 vs XL2k

Hi All.....
I have both XL97 and XL2k on tis computer, and the email client is Lotus
Notes 7. Although Outlook Express is on the system, it's only used for the
company's own network, phone directory, employee business, etc.

I have written a Excel program with a modified version of Ron de Bruins
great code to allow me to send a "picture" of my Excel Range as another
workbook via email. It uses the sendmail command. This all works
beautifully in XL97, sending the email on Louts Notes just fine. When I try
to run the same macro in XL2k, it will not go into Lotus Notes, but rather
tries to go to Outlook Express, and it's all downhill from there, as this
company does not support OE as an email client.

Is there some setting I can change in XL2k or some code difference that will
allow me to use XL2k?

Any assistance or thoughts would be appreciated,
Vaya con Dios,
Chuck, CABGx3

Set your default program to Notes

Close Excel first and check out if Notes is your mail program for Office.
StartSettingsControl Panel....Internet options (Program Tab)
In Vista : StartDefault programs
