Hi Yossy,
Please does anyone know if I can use pivot table to bring out unique values. I have thousands of rows and columns with firstname, middlename and lastname. Some names are duplicate and I just want to bring out only unique names. Do you just want a list of unique names? Don't use a pivot table. Select just the columns containing firstname, middlename and lastname, then use Data - Filter - Advanced Filter Check 'Copy to another location' Check 'Unique records only' Select a cell for the Copy to range Done.
